Adding a water sensor to your home monitoring system can help protect you from expensive water damage by alerting you of a water leak.

The sensor is attached to the transmitter by an 8-foot cable. Sensor is activated when both contact points detect water. Once activated a signal is sent to the control panel by the transmitter to issue an alert. The sensor can be placed on the floor to be triggered immediately by low water-levels. Or the sensor can be attached to a wall above the floor to only alert when water reaches a higher level.
